Consulting Services

  • What area of your business is causing unnecessary strain?

    Diagnostic Process:

    1. Collect relevant data

    2. Draw Conclusions

    3. Conceptualize a Custom Plan

    4. Review and Edit the Plan

    5. Determine the Frequency of Services with MC

The strategies include two parts. First, the client can fill out the diagnostic forms with or without the consultant's assistance and additional brainstorming. The extent to which the client desires assistance is up to the client. Second, once the forms are completed, the consultant will score, review, and draw conclusions, conceptualizing a recommended plan. With this information, the client may review, add to, subtract from, accept, or deny any part of the plan. The extent of the consulting relationship will be decided following a review of the plan.

The two diagnostic strategies used within this service include:

    • Overall Health Diagnosis

    • Growing Pains Diagnosis

  • Build a specific area of your business with growth in mind. Set systems in place to last as the market experiences growth and change.

Build a firm foundation in every business function so it can grow healthily. This includes setting written systems and processes in place for each function's SOP, recurring tasks, and expectations. The systems include documents to refer to upon employee turnover and processes to use daily for new and current employees or when an employee is not present (for vacation, a sick day, or an appointment).

This service will require managers to understand and assign particular SOPs to each respective function, organizing the processes by department to later be documented. The consultant is involved in the organization process and will offer support and suggestions based on the particular business's needs and layout.

  • Refine and refresh existing functional processes to operate at peak efficiency and quality.

Refine existing processes in your business for each function's SOP. Evaluate and discuss the aspects of each system cultivating success and causing difficulty. Begin proofing written expectations for employees in each department.

This service will require managers to understand and assign particular SOPs to each respective function. The consultant is involved in the organization process and will offer support and suggestions based on the particular business's needs and layout.

If systems are not outlined, start with the “Build” process first.

  • Engage in brainstorming the untapped niche of the market. Define, identify, and understand the target customer and how to capture their loyalty.
